Already well-established in more than 100 countries, Gerflor is continuously developing its activities in new markets around the world. 

Your Responsibilities 
Your main mission is to develop the turnover in Kazakhstan. You will be responsible to: 
- Develop and manage a long term sales strategy with distributors by acting as a trusted advisor 
- Create a strong brand awareness of the Gerflor name and its product ranges to key decision makers (architects, designers, sport federations, hospitals) in the above territory. 
 - For that you will amongst others actions: 
- Organize presentation seminars to architects and other partners 
- Target governmental offices, in-house design companies and locally based multinational companies 
- Manage and work closely with our existing distributors and follow-up new projects. 
- Develop the distributor network by active prospection: target potential partners, lead customers meetings and develop your project portfolio. 

Profile/ skills  
- You have a master degree in a Business School and a relevant experience of a minimum of 1 year in similar function abroad. 
- You are fluent in English and Russian (mandatory) 
- You are able to establish trustful relationships with key players and to take decisions 
- Creative, organized and determined, you like challenges and you are results oriented. 
- You are naturally entrepreneurial and autonomous in way of working. You are able to open doors and to close deals. 
- Your efficiency and your professionalism are recognized. 

Frequent travel is expected 
Based in Almaty or Astana.
